John 1: 1, 14
1 In the beginning was The Word, and The Word was with God, and The Word was God.
14 And the Word was made flesh (Jesus) and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
Before The Word left 3rd Heaven to become flesh and dwell among humans, He waited in Heaven 4,000 years until the time was ripe and the Earth had experienced enough heartache to welcome a Savior.
“Are you ready, The Word, to leave the luxury and splendor of Heaven to save the blue planet? I know the first assignment Angels are eager and excited about protecting you. They also can’t wait to see you as a baby and watch you grow up,” said God. “The last assignment of angels will dread seeing you suffering as you empty your blood and die on a cruel cross while I suffer Satan to crush your feet (Jesus’ body but not his soul).
“We will miss your presence here in Heaven but I will be in constant surveillance as you mature and daily contact later after you become a man at twelve. The cries and prayers of my people are loud and strong; the time is ripe. Their hunger is great for a word from Heaven and they haven’t heard from a prophet in 400 years!”
“If the time is ripe, I want to go as soon as possible,” The Word said.
“Your first thirty years on Earth will be normal with nothing spectacular as you experience mundane life of being a simple human living in a lowly town of Nazareth. I picked it to keep your profile low and the least place to send a King to live”, God said.
“I won’t be a King for a long time which is fine with me. I want to live the human life first and appreciate the lows and highs,” said The Word.
“The last three and a half years will be more exciting as you pick your disciples and train them to know me, heal the sick, and preach the gospel. We must keep the communication going daily between you and me. Remember, you only do what you see Me doing and only say what you hear me saying,” said God. “Since you will own a weak, human body your assignment will rarely be about what you want to say and what you want to do. You will always have to check with me first or our plan to save the world, may fail.
“After you are born in the stable under a large star that YOU The Word made for the wise men to find you. I will send thousands of Angels to fill the sky with glorious singing and celebration. The local shepherds will come after your birth. Two years later, I will send a caravan of rich, wise men from the east barring expensive gifts to sell for your parents to sell and use to buy the things they need. Your parents will go to Egypt to get away from the baby killer, King Herod.
“Will I stand out in a crowd,” said The Word.
“No, not at first. You’ll be a normal child who bugs his earthly father with a lot of questions. Joseph will teach you how to make things with wood. At your Bar mitzvah, you will become a man at twelve. You will answer hard questions on the Law in the synagogue and surprise the scribes, priests, and Pharisees.”
From eternity past The Word has always lived in Heaven with God the Creator and God the Holy Spirit. He is more than ready to be about the God’s business on the Earth to save men and women. After seeing how evil continues to worsen in the world, The Word knows there’s no other way to save mankind, unless He volunteers,
“I will do it,” said, The Word. “I want to do it for you.”
“I love you for volunteering and I appreciate your willingness to become flesh. From years of observation, it will not be easy being a human because of Satan’s interferences. You will have to crush his head (power) by speaking The Word when he tempts you to worship him or jump off the temple.
“You will cast his devils out of people and free them and get them saved. The Pharisees will throw you constant insults so speak the truth. Don’t let people’s unbelief stop you from preaching our love for all people poor and rich. You will turn 12 spiritually ignorant men to become fishers of men. Eventually, you will destroy Satan’s wicked works by sacrificing your blood body, and life.”
“And, that’s just a week’s worth, right?” The Word said, chuckling.
If he wanted, Jesus could have call tens of thousands of Angels to save Him him from the cross, but He didn’t want the easy way. He remembered the millions of people who needed a Savior to die unconditionally for them. Jesus knew the only way to minimize Satan’s power over man was if someone sinless volunteered to die for the masses.
“When you are baptized in the Jordan River I will let you know how I feel about your work, said God. “ If I am pleased with you, the Holy Spirit will fill you with our spirit that will activate my DNA power inside you to cast out demons, heal the sick, and other cool miracles.”
Yes, God has three entities called The Trinity. They are three separate persons with different personalities. God the Father rules the Universe from His throne where Angels by the millions worship and attend to Him. The Word makes what God says to make. The Holy Spirit is a unique, personal guide who comforts. He also has a great sense of humor when you get to know Him.
The way the Holy Spirit (God) can be everywhere at the same time is like a book with a billion pages, He allows a page or a sliver of himself to go to every square mile on the earth where there’s people. He speaks gently to each race and color of people from the deepest jungle to the biggest City. Everybody is visited by Him all the time.
God the Creator and The Word found the right Jewish virgin girl named Mary who would be willing to let God the Holy Spirit overshadow her with a great thing (God’s DNA seed) so she could conceive and deliver a baby who would become the Messiah Savior of the world. Gabriel would approach her soon to see if she would cooperate.
It was almost time for The Word to leave himself in Heaven to go to Earth as a tiny seed so he could become flesh.
The Word said to God, “Due to the extra billion Angels stationed in the middle east, Satan knows something is brewing. He is wary of searching for 4,000 years for the woman’s seed (Jesus, the Word) that will crush his head.”
“You’re right and our timing must be right when we send you to the Earth. Satan’s demonic informants have tipped him off about the wise men that are coming from the East to find a King being born in Bethlehem. The Kings are already en route on camels, following the huge star, You, The Word made.”
The Word chuckled and said, “When I made that star by lining up a few planets in second Heaven, the place you told me, I knew you had something up your robe sleeve, but I didn’t know it would be used in such a sensational way to lead the wise men to the Christ child, me.”
“Someone, I know and love very much must leave Heaven very soon,” God said. “The thirty-three and half years you’re gone will seem long to you while on the slow-moving Earth but short to me up here. I wonder who I can get to step up to the base and fulfill the job of becoming flesh to win several billion souls?”
“That would definitely be me,” said The Word, smiling.“ I love you, too. It’s almost time for me leave the splendor of 3rd Heaven and take up residence on a tiny, blue planet as prophesied by Isaiah. I talked with Isaiah many times about my assignment and he made it sound like a tumultuous place down there, full of violence. He said when he looked through a portal, the Earth didn’t look much different than it did when he was there.
“Do you have any concerns about your mission that you want to talk about,” God knew what was on The Word’s mind before he asked.
“To be honest, I’m not looking forward to being a helpless baby and a clumsy toddler needing my diaper changed. When I fall down will it be okay if I cry? How will I keep from using my powers against mean kids? Will I get sick and heal myself? Will I have pimples as a teenager?”
God’s deep laugh echoed throughout the chambers of Heaven which drew a crowd of Angels to see what was so funny. God, lovingly shewed them away before He spoke. “These are not normal questions so I’m glad you asked. As for the uncomfortable things, you won’t remember Heaven until much later so you will adapt and be lovingly cared for by your caring step-parents. As for potential anger and fits during the terrible twos and threes, your strong parents will correct and guide you to control any temper.
“Like any normal human you will have to learn how to control your bodily demands so Satan cannot sidetrack you. When you’re older you will still honor and obey your parents but we will still talk daily about each step of the plan.”
“I remember seeing how we talked back and forth all the time when we fast-forwarded into the future to see my time on the Earth,” said The Word. “It was weird seeing me and I couldn’t watch it that much.”
“So, just to make things crystal clear, this mission to win the lost so they can live in Heaven with us is not about you and it’s not about me either; this mission is about making it clear that they must repent of their sin and believe in us. Together we will do our best to help mankind understand how much we love them by you dying for them,” said The Word.
“Exactly, right,” said God.
“I hereby say that for the sake of gaining a large, earthly family for us to enjoy in Heaven, I will go do this great commission with your help!”
A short time later.
God called for The Word to the throne room and said, “There’s a full moon in Israel tonight and the Angel Gabriel is having the conversation of the century with the highly favored, Jewish virgin named Mary. He is telling her that out of all the Jewish girls in all Judea, God chose her to conceive a child who will become the Messiah and Savior of the world,” said God.
“I am very excited that she is taking this announcement seriously by saying, ‘I magnify the Lord my God to allow this wonderful thing to happen to me!’ The only question she asked was ‘how shall this thing come to pass since she has never known a man?’”
“A remarkable girl,” said The Word. “You have chosen wisely my, Lord.”
“Thank you, but we chose her together,” God said. “I’ve already sent Gabriel to tell Joseph in a dream that the baby conceived in Mary is of God. After Gabriel leaves, Mary will visit her six-month pregnant Aunt Elizabeth for three months. When she returns home Joseph will marry her before they leave for Bethlehem for the census tax. It will happen quickly for Mary’s protection because she is already showing.”
“I am very pleased with my future, loving mother and father,” said The Word. “Mary is quite brave to accept such a big responsibility of giving life and birth to a future king she has never met. She was positive and quick to believe Gabriel’s good news about becoming pregnant. Joseph seems like a quiet man who is a protective, good husband, and father.”
“We will be watching over you and your parents by sending Angels to guide and protect you when in danger. I will not send protection automatically; you must learn to be aware of evil yourself and ask for help through the power of prayer; you will teach your disciples the same.
“Remember, when the flesh is weak, the spirit is willing. I will have 100 % of you working in me,” The Word said.
God said, “As a young child you will discover some of your powers and be tempted to use them. The demons will be watching and they will blow your cover if you use your powers in the wrong way or use them for silly things. Your assigned guardian angels will correct you as a child especially if you turn pebbles into birds or water into wine at weddings, too often. By the way the wine you make from water will be sweet to the taste and non-alcoholic.”
The Word laughed. “Will I be doing all that? I thought the people on Earth would hate me right away.”
God said, “No, no! People will not hate you for a long time except for your siblings. Some will be jealous of the attention you get. You will be the firstborn and have plenty of time to lead a normal life and set the pace for the other siblings. You will be a hard act to follow because you will be perfect, so go easy on them. Your thirty years of just being yourself is going to be interesting until…”
“Until I’m arrested, tried, and crucified, right?” said THE WORD.
“You’re rushing things. After your spirit-filled baptism, you will finally realize and believe you are the Messiah for the first time. You will heal people of all sickness and disease and make them whole. The dynamic miracles you do will be so wonderful and bring captive audiences to you to hear the word.”
“What will I look like?” said The Word.
“Your mother, Mary and her parents’ DNA genes will provide your physical characteristics like skin color, hair type and color, your smile, bone structure and height, hearing, eye color, teeth, personality, voice, feet and hand size, type of beard, and your great sense of humor,” said God.
“You mean I will have my own sense of humor and not have to be serious all the time while preaching and teaching?” said The Word.
“Of course, you will have fun being yourself! The Holy Spirit gave you His sense of humor so don’t be surprised if people follow you for your jokes. Your rugged, versatile disciples will be your best friends and they will laugh at all your lame jokes. Beware of the scribes and Pharisees who will be highly insulted by your harsh truth! King Herod will write in his diary about your golden hair and how you made your audience laugh.
“I don’t sound half bad! ” said The Word.
“The pure, sinless blood idea to cover all the world’s sin makes all the difference,” said The Word. “I love how You planned it! My suffering and giving of my blood is totally okay with me but I’m so glad we’re making salvation easy for mankind or nobody would get saved.”
“Yes,” said God, “Your blood, suffering, and death will pay for man’s sins, salvation, and future in Heaven. You will pay a debt you never owed because man owed a debt he could never pay.
“It’s a beautiful plan,”said The Word.
This is why I created all women to have separate blood from her baby’s blood because l couldn’t let Mary’s sinful, tainted blood flow through the baby Savior’s blood.
“When does the fallen one get wind of me?”
“I want to get my assignment started as soon as possible. Do you think I’m ready?”
“You, are more than ready and I trust you wholeheartedly. Gabriel stands now in the wings waiting for the Holy Spirit to come and implant your DNA seed in Mary. The cells will divide and create a baby that will be 100% man from Mary’s DNA and 100% GOD from His DNA.
The second Mary conceives, your eternal spirit will join the already growing baby in her womb . . . and You will become my Son!”
“That’s the first time you called me, Son. I like the sound of it . . . Father.
“It is my pleasure and I like being called Father. Are you ready to do this wonderful, beautiful thing?”
“Yes, I’m ready to do this for You my Father so you can have the large family of sons and daughters to live with us, forever in our beautiful Heaven. Remember also, this mission will make it possible for me to have a zillion brothers and sisters in Heaven with us,” said The Word, “A double blessing!”
